Coral Dubai Deira Hotel

The room was missing basic amenities when I checked in, including a dental kit and slippers. I had to request them separately, even though these are standard items that should be ready in the room. The hair dryer was extremely outdated and inconvenient to use, which isn't acceptable for a hotel in this category. Overall, the experience fell short of expected hospitality standards. The hotel needs to improve the quality of its in-room facilities and make sure basic amenities are provided consistently.

Ms. Mariz made the event feel easy to manage. She stayed attentive and quick to respond, and went out of her way to make the day memorable. The team was professional and accommodating, and everything ran smoothly. Coral Hotel Deira is clean, elegant, and well organized. I’d recommend it for events, especially with Ms. Mariz coordinating.

The rooms had no toiletries, so bring your own. We’d asked through Agoda for three king rooms beside each other, but they put us apart, and nobody asked about our preferences when we arrived. Since it’s summer, extending the pool hours to at least 8 PM would make sense instead of closing at 6.

The team handled every detail of our wedding with real care, including special dietary needs and last-minute menu changes. They listened to all the little things we wanted and made them happen. The food was fantastic, and our guests are still talking about the quality and taste. If you want a wedding venue with great food and a team that respects your needs, I’d highly recommend this place.
