Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Centre, Dubai

We were very happy with our Valentine’s 2026 stay at Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Center, from the room to the reception service, and we’re looking forward to coming back. Adele, the receptionist, arranged our room change and made sure we were comfortable. Lazel was ready to help whenever we needed anything, and Zaheer was always there to assist. The lifeguard at the swimming pool was also very understanding and helpful. Robina and the other reception staff were approachable and welcoming. Everyone greeted us with warm smiles when we arrived, which helped ease our tiredness. Many thanks to the whole team for a wonderful stay.

It was easy to get around Dubai from this location, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Our room was spacious and well maintained. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxed atmosphere that made it a nice place to unwind. A very pleasant stay with great service. I’d happily return and recommend it.

The breakfast buffet and coffee shop staff were wonderful. The room and amenities, though, were basic and below Marriott standards. With public works all around and new apartments being built behind the hotel, the location made the stay very uncomfortable.

The reception experience made an already awful stay even worse. One receptionist barely spoke English and was rude and dismissive. It was almost impossible to communicate, and he didn’t try to help, behaving in a very unpleasant and unprofessional way. Every night, garbage trucks outside made relentless noise, often arriving very late and carrying on for a long time. Hotel maintenance trucks also came during the night, adding to the disturbance. Sleep was impossible. It’s shocking that such extreme nightly noise continues without consideration for guests trying to rest. Between that and the staff attitude, the hotel failed to meet even basic hospitality standards. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in Dubai, without exaggeration. I’d strongly advise anyone considering a stay to think twice.
