The hotel was badly managed, with poor communication and an uncomfortable, stressful atmosphere. From arrival, the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful, as if serving guests was a burden. The man sitting at reception especially stood out. Requests went ignored, problems stayed unresolved, and the employees’ careless, arrogant attitude made things worse. Basic hospitality was missing.

The gym atmosphere was fun. I saw someone doing a unique kind of exercise called “dolboebism,” I think. I’m going to attach a video.

The facade is designed so residents can take in the magnificent views of the creek and Burj khalifa. It’s a well-planned residential tower.

The place itself is beautiful and well maintained, but I regret moving here. Two houses nearby are being built, and the one opposite creek rise 2 is under construction around the clock, even at night and on Sundays. With the central park also dusty and noisy from construction, I can’t rest or sleep in my apartment. The constant noise has spoiled living here.

My balcony is constantly dirty from construction dust, and the noise goes on day and night. I was woken at 6:30am by jack hammering. I used to love staying here, but that changed when they started building two towers directly in front of these ones. I don’t understand why they weren’t built when the other towers went up.
