The windows look as though they haven't had a proper cleaning in far too long. That hurts the building's appearance and makes the space less pleasant to enjoy. For a residential building at this standard, I find that frustrating and unacceptable. I hope management takes it seriously and improves the upkeep, since regular maintenance matters for residents' comfort and the property's image.

It's a nice building in a good location, but the Russian-speaking woman in the management office was very rude and unprofessional. I was shocked that someone so unprofessional had such a senior position in such a nice building. Higher management should review the office's training and basic social skills for speaking with tenants. It's a shame to see such beautiful premises served by staff who seem so incompetent and unprofessional.

The upper floors have amazingly beautiful views, and the building itself is modern and beautiful. Versace Palazzo is right next door, with Dubai international airport and Dubai Creek nearby. The subway is a 15-minute walk away. There's a lot of construction around now, but in a couple of years this could be one of the most beautiful places in Dubai.

The restaurant in the lounge area has a hotel standard and sits next to the water front. The view is wonderful. This is one of the best towers in Dubai, and it's my favourite place. You should try it.
