Dorus Hotel

The hotel has no parking, and the staff weren’t helpful when we raised concerns. Loud music from nearby bars and clubs went on late into the night, with frequent noise and disturbances from neighboring rooms as well. It was hard to sleep and the atmosphere didn’t feel comfortable for a family. This was a very disappointing stay. The environment isn’t suitable for families looking for a peaceful, comfortable place, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

It was noisy and uncomfortable, and the room quality was very poor. They kept trying to add fees for different things, which made the stay feel more like a business focused on making money than genuine hospitality. The service wasn’t professional, and the experience didn’t match the price or expectations. I strongly don’t recommend this hotel. There are much better options if you want a peaceful, quality stay.

The staff were good and kept trying to help with whatever they could. I especially want to commend Arun, the daytime supervisor, and the front desk team. They were attentive, looked out for us, and handled each interaction professionally. Their help made the place feel more pleasant, and I appreciate it. That said, the hotel isn’t suitable for kids or a family stay because there’s a bar and loud music. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with children. This is a two-star hotel, not a four-star one.

Don’t choose this hotel or waste your money. When I enquired, they quoted 100 AED including all taxes, then raised the room rate when we arrived. That’s completely unacceptable. The receptionist was rude and not professional. I found a better hotel nearby for the same price, with a swimming pool and gym.
