Ahmed at the rooftop restaurant was always smiling, kind, and attentive, and Sean at reception was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself was very clean, with a spacious, comfortable room. I also liked the convenient location near the airport, while the area still felt quiet and peaceful. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.

Chef Luciano took time during breakfast to check on us and the other guests, which we really appreciated. Check-in with Zaki was smooth and welcoming, and Sean was professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The chocolate chip cookies were a delicious little touch. We had a wonderful stay.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Pool Bar at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf. Amal was friendly, professional, and attentive the whole visit, making sure everything was just right. Her warm manner made it a really enjoyable, memorable experience. Thanks, Amal, for going above and beyond. I’d gladly return and recommend the Pool Bar! 😊👏🌟

Breakfast was nice, and the restaurant service was pleasant. Our room was tidy and mostly well kept, with a comfortable bed. The service could have been better, though. It wasn’t bad, but we had to carry our own luggage up to the room, which isn’t usually what happens at hotels.

Vasundra, Prasad, and Layal were especially warm and helpful, and made me feel comfortable during my stay. I was in Dubai for two days and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were courteous and very supportive. Highly recommended!
