Dream Palace

June 5, 2026, 9 am. We were visiting for my friend's birthday party, and they had booked several rooms under the names Zeeshan for two rooms, Michael Palarca, Nacky Steve, and Romnick. They asked me and my friend to help carry the things and gifts to another room because the person with the key card was asleep inside. The staff spoke to us very rudely while we were trying to help, as if we were stealing something. They should have explained the issue politely. We were staying at k6 near the hotel. I'll call someone to report this, and I'll make sure the hotel closes. They don't know me. If there was a problem, they should have told us nicely. Their feedback is already very poor.

Around 1:00 AM on June 7, I had a disappointing interaction with the security guard at Boonmax in Al Muraqqabat. My companions and I were waiting for someone before going into the billiards room that rents space in the building. The guard rudely told us to leave and used unnecessary gestures to shoo us away instead of approaching us politely. Security can enforce rules, but should speak respectfully and professionally. Since businesses operate in the building, it seems reasonable for customers to wait in the shared area while meeting friends or getting ready to enter. I hope management reminds the security staff to be more courteous. A simple polite request would have been appreciated.

I booked online with parking included, but when I arrived at Boonmark Hotel, they suddenly told me parking was extra. Mohamed Kaif at reception couldn't explain it and kept telling me to “go to online” instead of sorting out the problem. His attitude was awful, with no professionalism or customer service. Most of the staff were extremely unprofessional and couldn't even speak basic English, so communication felt impossible. There was no help, explanation, or respect, just confusion and rude behavior. The worst hotel experience of my life. I'll never stay there again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Cockroaches in the room made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We told the staff and asked to move, but they brushed off the concern and didn’t help. The room and washroom were filthy and unhygienic, and the old furniture and facilities were broken and poorly maintained. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. It falls short of basic cleanliness and service standards, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
