Getting here by car is extremely inconvenient. There’s no visitor parking in the building or nearby, and the closest lot is 2 kilometers away. For a modern building, that lack of parking for visitors is unacceptable and leaves a bad impression. I wouldn’t recommend coming here by car.

I’ve lived in MADA for 4 years now and have never had a problem with my apartment. When I raised issues with the facilities, they were supportive and helped resolve them. My landlord is very good, so maintenance hasn’t been a problem either. I love the location and how accessible it is. Prices are affordable compared with other buildings downtown, and I’m planning to buy a property here.
