The beach was gorgeous and really clean, and the pool and beach team brought such a positive vibe to the day. The resort itself is stunning, with roomy villas and big, comfortable rooms. There’s lots of greenery and plants for walks, plus little waterfalls that make the grounds feel peaceful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the pastries were my favorite. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Nothing significant to complain about, just a wonderful stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

It’s hard to believe this peaceful, green resort is right in the middle of Dubai. We had a very good Junior Suite, and the rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, although a little dated. The private beach, several pools, and kids’ club were great, and we enjoyed the food, especially breakfast and the beach bar. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, and with taxis easy to get and reception open 24/7, everything felt convenient. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

For what I paid, it was generally a good stay. I may have got lucky with the price, since it’s usually more. It’s a bit far from the center, around 25-30 minutes by taxi, but that was fine for a relaxed beach break. The food was quite good and the rooms were spacious and clean. I just wish the sofa bed had been longer and more comfortable. Service was great overall, but on the last day I called to ask if a checkout 30 minutes later might be possible, and the receptionist, a Russian lady, laughed as if I’d asked for something ridiculous. I stay in hotels around the world about 30 times a year, and this was the first time that’s happened to me. I know this attitude can be quite normal in that country, and there are plenty of Russian people staying at this hotel, but we’re in Dubai, a city with possibly the best service in the world. I also noticed what felt like implicit racial bias from hotel staff. I have a lot of friends in Dubai and asked them to visit me during my short stay. All but one had white skin, either European or Middle Eastern, and the only friend who was stopped by security was black. I’ll leave it at that.

Ane es and Vinny were especially kind and gave us outstanding service, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time at this excellent hotel last summer, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. We’d be happy to stay again!

The city views from our beautifully appointed room were stunning, and the whole stay felt luxurious. We also ate at the on-site restaurant, where every meal was freshly prepared with local ingredients. The culinary team was exceptional.
