Ridoy and Atikul were especially friendly, attentive, and professional, always ready to help and making sure things were right. Their hospitality made my stay even better. The pool was a highlight, clean and beautifully maintained, with a relaxing setting and a great city view. There was comfortable seating, and staff kept the area in good order. The whole property had a calm, luxurious feel, and service was excellent throughout. I had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Dubai and would recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

The staff made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived, and the bellboys were particularly polite and helpful with my luggage. Their care made the whole stay comfortable. My room was kept clean, fresh, and well organized every day by housekeeping. It was also lovely and relaxing, with elegant design, a warm yet luxurious feel, and a stunning view in the daytime and at night. Dusit Thani offered a relaxing luxury stay, with beautiful rooms, amazing views, and attentive service. I'd love to come back 🤍✨

The gym was clean, well maintained, and had everything needed for a good workout. Breakfast had a great range of delicious choices, and Farhan was friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a warm smile. The whole breakfast team made us feel welcome and looked after us so well. My stay exceeded expectations, and I'd happily return and recommend the hotel 😊

The restaurant team made our visit memorable, especially Mr. Jeron Roche, who served our table. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and professional, and they handled requests quickly and with real care and a positive attitude. Their hospitality and attention to detail stood out. Thanks as well to Mr. Ashra at reception for being so welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommended!

The concierge team and Addy & shanmin at the 1st-floor concierge were wonderful, as were the kind staff on the PD floor. On checkout day, the PD floor staff showed us how to use the shower facilities. While my family waited in the lobby before our flight, Addy brought us drinks, and Shanmin helped us get a taxi just before we left. Their service made our last day perfect. Earlier in our stay, in-room dining was excellent and prompt. Special thanks to Akalanka and Saurav(?) for their kindness and great service. Highly recommended!
