I booked an Air B&B at Azizi Riviera 9 for a couple of days. It was calm and peaceful, but far from Dubai's main areas. The apartment was cozy, with a really nice comfortable chair and furniture. It rained on the day I checked in, and it took a long time for a cab to get in. The building and apartment finishing weren't as good as other places in Dubai. Every time I went downstairs, the guard kept asking where I was staying, which got really annoying.

I've lived in Dubai for three years and never had management this unresponsive or careless. I'm a tenant in Azizi riviera, building 9, and my apartment, like most in the area, is among the worst-built places I've rented. The walls have mold and are falling apart. They never answer emails or calls, leaving you desperate while living with these conditions. I really don't recommend starting a lease in this development. They also stop maintenance in your building without notice, and the costs fall on you.

These buildings are brand new, yet the finishing is so bad that things are already breaking or handed over broken. Azizi buildings are the worst quality. The area is terrible to navigate too, even Google Maps can't help.
