The location is good, around 400 m from the metro, but the room and service didn’t feel worth the price. There’s only walking-around space in the small room, and the PC chair has no backrest, so it’s not comfortable to work at the desk for long. My AC stayed at 19°C even after I complained. They changed the controller, but that didn’t help; I complained again with no result. It was so cold inside I couldn’t stand barefoot. You get only two water bottles at check-in, and they charged AED 6 when I asked for an empty plate and spoon. Dining in is quicker than room service. I never received room service because they said they didn’t have staff to send.

The staff were polite and helpful, and the price is affordable for budget travelers. Still, this felt like a basic 2-star stay at Hotel Join Inn. The rooms, furniture, and facilities are dated and need renovation, so comfort could be better. If you want modern rooms and updated amenities, you may want to look elsewhere.

Join Inn Hotel Jebel Ali, Dubai, formerly easyHotel Jebel Ali, seems like a reasonable budget option, generally okay for business travelers though reviews are mixed. It’s near Dubai Exhibition Centre and Ibn Battuta Mall, with UAE Exchange metro station nearby. The listed amenities include free WiFi and parking, a 24-hour front desk and room service, a restaurant, laundry service, and air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV and safe. 😊

The room was neat and clean, and parking was always available. The staff were very polite and helpful. The metro is just 10 minutes away. I highly recommend staying here and enjoying it. ❤️

The location is very remote from any market if you don’t have a car, but otherwise it’s great. The room is small, though it does the trick. The main drawback is that there’s no fridge, iron, or other appliances in the room.
