Element by Marriott Al Jaddaf, Dubai

I’ve been living at Element Al Jadaf Hotel for months, and I find it beautiful. The staff are always smiling, and interactions with them are so pleasant, polite and refined. Recently, my earring fell into the bathroom sink while I was putting it on. It means a lot to me because it was a gift from my husband. I called reception, and Ms. Ghazal responded right away and sent maintenance. Mr. Shehab managed to get it out, and I was truly happy. Thank you to Element Hotel for choosing such excellent staff.

We spent 9 days at the Element and had such a relaxing, comfortable time. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff were sweet and helpful, always smiling. Breakfast is simple, but there’s salad, protein and carbs, and tea and coffee are available in the lobby around the clock. I’d recommend it for a long vacation. Thanks to everyone at the Element 💕

After trying around 15 different five-star hotels in Dubai, I finally found a place where I could picture staying for a long time. I’d give the Element 10 stars if I could. My stay at Hyatt Regency was disappointing, and it cost twice as much. Here, comfort, practicality and atmosphere come together really well. The breakfast is excellent, housekeeping is consistently good, and the compact rooms are laid out for real living, with a washing machine, proper fridge and storage. It’s a green hotel, with wood and warm textures that make it feel calm and home-like. Dubai Creek is a peaceful area for walks, and the 24-hour gym is a big plus.

Francis, the manager, went out of his way to accommodate me and my family, and chef Adel helped us every day with special diet meals. Every staff member gave excellent service during my stay after traveling from Australia. The hotel was clean and very nice, with very good service, and the breakfast was the best. I’ll come back when I’m in Dubai and recommend it to family and friends.
