Eureka Hotel Dubai

The room was tiny, dirty and smelled awful. Staff were rude and unprofessional, and I found the management dishonest. I would call this a low-quality motel, not a hotel, with no hospitality. Avoid it completely. I had a confirmed booking and checked with them days before arrival about paying in advance. They said I could pay when I arrived. Then they canceled without warning and blamed Booking.com. They claimed that when guests message the hotel online, they are really talking to Booking, not the hotel. To me, that was a deceptive excuse to avoid responsibility for canceling the reservation and disrupting people’s plans. The so-called manager and front desk agents were shockingly unprofessional. This place is a disgrace to hospitality, poorly managed, and run without even basic ethics or customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would. It’s a trap, not a hotel.

Someone came into our room at 0300 because staff gave our room key to another customer. The GM ashraf agreed it was a hotel staff error, but we got no apology or compensation. When I raised the problems, pavitra argued and threatened to call security. My whole trip was traumatised by this hotel. We booked eight nights and nine days and asked for a room change many times, but nothing was dealt with. The rooms are far too small, the hotel is very old, and things were broken or in bad condition. I found it unsafe and not suitable for families. The staff were rude and arrogant from day one, especially the manager pavitra, who was unhelpful and had no sense of how to speak to us. I would not book here or recommend this cheap, shady hotel. Go to bur dubai or al jaddaf instead.

The room was rusty and the floor a bit dirty. Some wallpaper was peeling, and the old-fashioned toilet wasn’t very clean. I was also charged more than the amount shown on my booking. The location was the only good thing about the hotel.

The bathroom was awful. Its drain was clogged, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the uneven floor stayed wet because the water could not drain properly. There was mold all over the shower door. This was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in, and the condition was completely unacceptable for a hotel.
