Fabulous 1 Bedroom in Address Downtown

Arup Vijay josef khendh were consistently welcoming, polite, and kind, always greeting us with a smile. Their excellent service helped create wonderful memories and made our stay much more enjoyable. I especially appreciate the positive attitude they kept while working in the Dubai heat, where the conditions can be difficult. We’re very grateful for their hospitality.

Miss Moon and Miss Mom made my stay at Address Hotel Downtown Dubai feel special from start to finish. Moon anticipated what I needed and coordinated smoothly with the hotel, while Mom brought warm hospitality and positive energy that made me feel valued. Their teamwork kept everything easy, from check-in through the local recommendations. I stayed in Room 1120 from May 21-24, 2026, and the service was professional, caring, and memorable.

For more than three years, my family and I have enjoyed the pool and gym, using the gym for around 5-6 months each year and the pool more than 25 times annually. The family atmosphere, hospitality, professionalism, and poolside f&b usually make us feel at home. My concern is Hanif, the pool and spa supervisor. His unprofessional manner and way of speaking to guests is not appropriate and has seriously reduced the quality of the experience. I’ll continue using the facilities, but I’m happy to discuss this directly by email or cell.

Address Downtown ended up being one of my most memorable vacations, even though I first felt upset about being moved there from Palace Downtown because of unavailable rooms. The gentleman at reception listened kindly when I explained my disappointment and told me to trust that it would still be a beautiful vacation. He was right. The room was elegant, spotless, modern, and had a breathtaking view, especially magical at night. Breakfast was fresh, beautifully presented, varied, and carefully prepared. More than anything, the staff made me feel valued everywhere, from reception and breakfast to housekeeping and the corridors. I liked the stay so much that I added another night. I’m grateful things changed, and I’ll definitely return.
