First Royal Hotel Apartment

I’m staying in ( Royal Residence ) 405 and wanted to comment on our new security guard, Mr.Suleiman Ahmed. I love his hospitality. His way of speaking, responsiveness, behaviour, dress, and grooming are all far better than the last security guard.

Affordable, with a good location and a nice atmosphere in the room. I had a great stay with friends. The Front Desk Officer needs more training, though, to check people in faster and assign a room that fits the number of guests.

The interior is amazing, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are helpful and polite. Breakfast is grand, with lots of choice, and it really feels like staying in a palace. The location is spot on for shopping and local food, with local outlets nearby and Meena Bazaar just a two-minute walk away. Check-in took a long time because room allocation was slow. Still, it’s a good hotel, worth the price, and I’d definitely recommend it.

It was a nice place, but the way management and security treated the residents was extremely humiliating. They even cut power to an apartment because its occupants let an elderly food delivery worker use the regular lifts. They insisted food deliveries use the service lift, which seemed very strange.
