Florida Hotel - Dubai

Having the metro right next door made getting around super easy. My room was big and clean, hot water worked perfectly, and staff were always friendly and helpful. Everything was fine during my stay, which was comfortable and pleasant.

The service was very bad, and I didn't find the people there good. They wouldn't even let me use the trolley, even though I was a customer. I hope you fire the management team. Their service is killing your customers, and I recommend changing them.

We were three adults staying for 15 days, and the rooms were large, spacious enough, and very comfortable. The furniture and wardrobes were a little damaged, but it didn't really matter. Everything else and the services were perfect, and security was very good. There was good built-in hotel parking that could also accommodate visitors. The complimentary spa during our stay was nice too.

I stayed here for two months for project work. It was a studio room with internet, a kitchen, and cooking utilities, and the service guys would come to wash the utilities when called. Hotel management services were good, as were the food, room service, and internet. The best part is it's hardly 30 steps from Baniyas square metro station, with lots of tasty street side restaurants nearby. Just be aware of sellers offering wrist watches and similar things. Overall, a nice place to stay.
