Fortune Classic Hotel Apartments

I’ve lived here for three years, and it’s the worst place I’ve ever been a resident. The building is old, dirty, and always smells. Nothing in the gym works, and the apartment has cockroaches that seem impossible to get rid of. Maintenance is another big problem. You can’t bring in an outside company, but the building’s own team responds very late, if at all. They’re rarely ready to fix anything and may need three or four visits just to figure out what’s wrong. Sometimes they leave things worse than before, and at times they promise to come at a set time but never show up. I wouldn’t consider living here.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and there’s a pleasant park right across from the hotel. Restaurants, supermarkets, and the metro are all within walking distance. The apartments are a good size, but they’re quite old, feel close to the end of their life, and need renovation. The location is also well outside the city.

We spent 10 days here as a family and were happy with the service. The breakfast buffet could use more variety. Ms. Devika, the Operations Manager, took great care of us. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a budget hotel apartment.

The receptionists were excellent and helpful, and the rates are very good for the value. Some apartments have nowhere to hang washed clothes to dry, and there isn’t a dryer. The place could also use some maintenance, but otherwise it’s a good option if you’re looking for value.
