The location is reasonably good, but that’s the only thing I can say in the hotel’s favor. The building is very old, and the outdated rooms are poorly maintained and uncomfortable. There were cockroaches, which was alarming and unacceptable. Breakfast was awful, with few options and poor quality food. It wasn’t worth eating. Cleanliness, room condition, food, and comfort all fell far short of basic hospitality standards. I wouldn’t recommend staying here and would never come back.

The staff made our family feel at home at Fortune Hotel Deira. Mr. Dileep, the Front Desk Manager, was polite, professional, and accommodating, handling things with a smile and making our stay easy. Noor Bhai was the heart of the experience. He helped with directions, recommendations, and everyday requests, and his warmth and care made us feel at home. He went above and beyond each time. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and housekeeping did a great job throughout. The hotel has a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere and is well placed in Deira for getting around Dubai for shopping, sightseeing, and dining. We found it good value, with friendly service from people who care about guests. Our stay was smooth and exceeded expectations. Thanks to Dileep and Noor Bhai, it was memorable and stress-free. I’d happily choose Fortune Hotel Deira again and recommend it.

Between 2021 and 2022, I stayed here four or five times, and it started to feel like home. The staff are welcoming and friendly, breakfast is delicious, and the service has been great every time. It’s one of the best affordable hotels I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend it.

Naushad did a fantastic job cleaning the room. It was spotless and well kept, and he came on time and was happy to answer any questions. After a long day, it was lovely to come back to such a clean room. Amazing, helpful service. We’re planning to return to this hotel on our next Dubai visit. Congratulations to Naushad, and all the best!

Everything was comfortable and clean, and the staff were wonderful during our stay at Fortune hotel Deira. Naushad from housekeeping deserves special thanks. He was friendly, attentive, and kept our room spotless each day. He really made the stay special. We’d gladly return and highly recommend the hotel.
