The security man in the black suit at the entrance desk stood out. He was quite strict about safety, but also courteous and approachable, and that gave us peace of mind. The hotel staff made my daughter and me feel welcome and at home, and the whole stay was comfortable and relaxing. We had a really good experience and would happily return.

Akhil, the hotel coordinator, gave us great support and made sure all the details for our event were arranged well. The food was tasty, the staff friendly, and the price reasonable. I’d been searching around DIP for a party hall, and most hotels I checked didn’t have one. Fortune Park turned out to be a good fit for a wedding reception or birthday function. I’ll definitely come back.

I was sitting quietly in the garden when a security guard came over and tried to get me to leave. He barely paid attention because he was on a personal call with his AirPods in. When I asked him to speak so I could understand, he rudely said it didn’t matter whether I understood him. That’s disrespectful and unprofessional, especially in hospitality. Staff should communicate clearly and treat people with basic respect. I hope management addresses this and improves staff training.

At Freddy's in Fortune Park Hotel DIP, I went with friends and ordered a tower beer, which came with two starters. The fish fingers were fine, but the chicken lollypop was too spicy, so we sent it back and they replaced it. With the next tower we ordered chicken lollypop and chicken 65, but the chicken 65 was too spicy too. When I asked for a change, the restaurant manager, I think his name was Rakesh, pointed his finger at my colleague, pushed him, and spoke rudely. I was really disappointed. He didn’t know how to talk to a customer, and I won’t go back if this is how customers are treated.

Clean, comfortable rooms and good food available around the clock, plus three nice bars. The location is right by the metro, so getting to Downtown or the Marina is easy. Great place to stay, definitely recommend it.
