The room was clean after check-in, but its door lock wasn’t working properly, which made us concerned about safety. From arrival, the receptionist’s behavior had already made the stay uncomfortable: she was rude, seemed irritated by basic questions, stared at us in an inappropriate way, and answered argumentatively instead of helping. The experience was unacceptable, and this kind of conduct can damage guest trust and the hotel’s reputation if it isn’t addressed.

There are plenty of useful places nearby, including shops for food and refreshments, currency exchange, gift shopping, and car rental services. You can arrange an itinerary after arriving in Dubai if you like. I stayed two nights. The reception desk was helpful, the rooms were good, and breakfast was decent, though it could be better. The bathroom felt a bit cramped.

The staff were professional and responsive, and the rooms were clean. The location is handy for essential services, so it was a positive stay overall. The bathroom could use a small update. It would also be helpful to have someone focused on guest experience who can explain the facilities and leisure activities. I’d recommend it to travelers looking for comfort and good service.

We couldn’t sleep. The club music was so loud it shook our room on the third floor and went on until 4:00 AM, ruining the stay. Guests should be clearly told that the noise makes sleeping impossible. Room service was okay, but the Wi-Fi barely worked and added to the frustration. Absolutely not recommended if you want peace or rest. A total waste of money.
