The location made getting around a real hassle. Most major attractions were far away, and trips in traffic took 1 to 1.5 hours. Cleanliness was also far below expectations: cockroaches were in the rooms and bathrooms throughout all five days of our stay. Management moved us after we complained, but the replacement rooms had the same problem, and they hadn’t done pest control before moving us. We repeatedly raised the issue without getting a satisfactory resolution. Waking up to cockroaches while traveling in another country was shocking and unacceptable. Videos are attached for reference. I wouldn’t recommend booking here. The property claims to be a 3-star hotel, but the hygiene standards are questionable and the location inconvenient.

I stayed here in February. The room was neat, the metro was easy to reach, and staff responded quickly when I needed something. But the temperature was a problem. It was freezing in the room even with the AC turned off, although it was hot outside. Adjusting the settings made no difference, so I ended up sleeping with the AC off because the room got so cold.

A pleasant, comfortable stay with friendly staff and an easy check-in. The location near the airport is convenient, and it’s a good simple option if you need a place in Qusais.

The hotel felt stylish, relaxing, and welcoming, and its restaurant and gym were excellent. My room was spacious and modern, with a cozy seating area, a very comfortable bed, and a clean, well-stocked luxurious bathroom. Staff were attentive and courteous, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. An outstanding stay.

For friends visiting Dubai for a few days, this was one of the best budget options near the airport, with easy metro connections and good Indian cuisine choices nearby. I especially want to thank Ms. Priti for arranging rooms ahead of time at a very reasonable seasonal rate. She was always just a call or text away and quickly helped adjust the booking dates. I’m giving the service 5 stars because of her.
