After a day exploring the city, it was lovely to come back to a calm canal view and a cozy, clean room that felt like home. Shalbuz was always welcoming and helpful, and his kindness made the stay special. Great place, highly recommend it.

The price is a real plus: even though the place is almost in the center, it isn't expensive, and the value for money is 10/10. Cafes and shops are nearby, and the largest shopping center is about a 15 minute walk from the house. The staff are polite and always reachable. There is a pool, gym, sauna, and hammam on the ground floor, which made the stay comfortable. Thanks, I'll come back myself and recommend it to friends.

I was pleased with how clean and orderly the place was, and the guests and staff were friendly. Administrator Veronika is always ready to help and explain what you need. Dumai Mall and the Burj Khalifa tower are within walking distance. I'll definitely come back to relax here.

The location is perfect, and the administrator is super kind. There is a reception on the ground floor, but you may need to call the person through Airbnb and wait there. If you visit Dubai, I think this would be a very good, affordable choice.
