Grand Central Hotel

The room smelled unpleasant, and the key card kept failing, so I had to go back to reception several times just to get in. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, requests weren't followed up, and the reception staff didn't do much to help resolve things. Even coffee took over 30 minutes to arrive. I also had to pay an extra AED 50 for a visitor who wasn't staying overnight. I had booked another room that ended up empty because some guests couldn't come, but the hotel showed no flexibility or willingness to help with that situation. I expected a relaxing stay at a 4-star hotel and instead found the whole experience stressful and disappointing. The quality, service, and hospitality felt closer to 1 star. Cleanliness, communication, staff training, internet, and guest service all need major improvement. I won't return or recommend it.

Grand Central Hotel in Deira has been my first choice in Dubai for more than five stays now. The cleanliness, service, and location are consistently hard to beat, and the staff, especially Mr. Khalid and Ibrahim, are always welcoming and helpful. They feel like family by now. Highly recommended for a dependable, quality stay.

The rooftop pool was refreshing, and the location was just right. The property is beautiful, the rooms spotless, and the staff seem to anticipate what you need. A flawless stay, highly recommend!
