A special thanks to Captain Hanif, Head Concierge Mr Reynaldo, and Chef Badur. The team also gave us a three-hour extension on late checkout without any hassle, which made a real difference while travelling. That kind of flexibility shows how much they care about guests. The service felt closer to a 5-star property, with warm, genuine professionalism from check-in onward. Everyone went out of their way to look after us. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the atmosphere was lively but still relaxing. This is the best 4-star hotel in Dubai, in my view. Great comfort and value, highly recommended. I'd happily stay again.

The friendly, helpful staff were the best part of my stay at the Grand Excelsior in Bur Dubai. The service was excellent, the buffet was delicious with lots of choice, and the nearby clubs gave the hotel a lively atmosphere. After staying at the Grand Excelsior in Al Barsha, this one was just amazing in every way. Thanks for a fantastic experience. From the King of Love, with love and appreciation. ❤️

Even though we arrived very late after a long journey, our room was ready and check-in was quick and smooth. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the ample basement parking was very convenient. We stayed one night at the Grand Excelsior Hotel, Bur Dubai, and found it relaxing and hassle-free. Checkout went just as smoothly, and the front desk staff were polite, helpful, and accommodating. We'd definitely consider staying again.

The apartment felt luxurious, with a spacious bathroom and a lovely view from the window. The location is ideal for major sights and not far from the metro. Breakfast is a buffet, and there's also a dinner buffet option. Service was extraordinary, with plenty of extras such as the spa and pool. I had an amazing stay. If I come back to Dubai, I'll stay at the same hotel.

I spent two weeks at the Grand Excelsior (Bur Dubai) and would highly recommend it. The standout service came from the room attendants, especially Mofizur, who was prompt and attentive. Ronaldo at reception went above and beyond to make check-in smooth and help me feel welcome. The hotel manager was just as impressive, available to help and genuinely invested in my unusual request. Every detail made the stay memorable, and I'll definitely return.
