The rooms smelled awful and were extremely unclean. The bathroom was disgusting, and cockroaches were in there with us too. I’d have preferred to spend the night in my car. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. It’s quite frankly disgusting.

We stayed for 5 days and housekeeping literally never cleaned our room once. It was the worst of the worst, so dirty, and I feel awful that I booked it for my family. The air conditioning was so bad the room stayed hot, even with it set to the highest level. Parking is tiny, barely space for 10 cars. The pillows were so hard and bad you couldn’t even sleep. This is garbage, not a hotel, and not even one star. Please don’t think of booking it.

The first room was hideous and disgusting, with awful bed sheets and toilet. The AC wasn’t working in the bedroom before we even entered. I went downstairs and insisted they change the room immediately, and they did after their staff inspected it. We were upgraded to a 'studio' room, which was definitely better than the first, but I still got dirty towels. Luckily I was only there for 4 nights. This place is below par, worse than a bogey. PLEASE DON'T BOOK FROM SOUTH HALL TRAVELL.

For the first 20-25 days of my long stay, things were okay, NOT GREAT. The fridge stopped working but they fixed it in 1 day. Then the washing machine failed and was fixed within a day, only for the replacement to leak water all over my kitchen floor. That took 2 days to fix. There were some cleanliness issues too, but the supervisor would help if I spoke to him. After 24 days, the internet stopped working on a Friday morning. Reception said it would be fixed in “few minutes.” We went out and got back around 9-9:30 PM, but it still wasn’t working, and then reception said Sunday. I kept calm. On Saturday evening after the gym, we had water issues too, and I lost my cool. The receptionist told me, “Ma'am if you have so much issues then you please check-out and we will give you some refund,” and handed me a paper. The Manager came and was very helpful. He was the only one who genuinely tried to help. He said the water would be fixed in 1 hour and internet by Sunday, and both were fixed at those times. By Sunday evening things were normal. On Monday morning the internet went out again. I called reception at 7:00 AM and complained again before leaving for work at 7:30 AM. I returned at 5:30 PM and asked about it. The receptionist told me to check in the room and let them know if it still wasn’t working. It wasn’t. I called reception three times, but nobody answered. I went downstairs and stood at reception for 5-10 minutes, with nobody there to take my complaint. An IT guy came but couldn’t fix it. When I went down again, two receptionists were back at the desk but wouldn’t help. I got angry, and they told me in Hindi, “aapko itni problem hai toh aap nikaljaiye 1-2 din mein checkout kardijiye”. I know I shouldn’t have got so angry, but their behavior wasn’t justified either. I was very disappointed with the receptionists. There are 3, and one is nice and sweet, but the other 2 act like they’re doing us a favor. Seriously bad and rude staff. I recommend contacting the manager directly if you stay here, because reception is no use. He’ll treat you nicely and help, though you can’t call him for every small thing and the receptionists left me no other option. Finally, the internet problem was solved after 5 days when the Manager helped us.
