Grand Sina Hotel

I’m giving it one star for the location alone, since it’s within walking distance of the Green Metro Line. The rooms and corridors weren’t properly maintained or cleaned, and the lighting was very dim, with no proper dressing or white light to get ready by. The staff often sounded sarcastic and weren’t very cooperative, which felt unprofessional. The booking listing showed a hair dryer and drinking water as included, but there was no hair dryer in the room. We only got one small 200 ml complimentary water bottle at check-in, and water after that was charged.

The bathroom smelled bad, the room wasn’t clean, and there were no tissues. When I asked for a towel, I was told laundry wasn’t available. After waiting an hour, I asked for water and was told it cost 5 dirhams, even though the listing before booking said water and a free welcome drink were included. Honestly, this was the worst experience. It was all a lie, and I’d advise people not to go there.

I had a bad experience with one of the hotel receptionists that day. He charged me more than usual, as if I’d never been there, and was rude even though I kept speaking calmly. I won’t go back with that receptionist there.

The hotel had a stylish, relaxing feel, and its on-site amenities and breakfast buffet were excellent. My room was spacious and clean, with tasteful decor, a comfortable bed, and a seating area. The bathroom was luxurious and well maintained. Staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, making for a memorable, seamless stay.
