I've been staying here, and the service has been really poor. We've had no shower for three days because of technical problems, and they haven't been able to fix it promptly. I had a very bad experience with the reservation and the hotel overall, so I'd kindly suggest not booking here. If I could, I'd give it zero stars.

I booked through Agoda and have had a hard time finding a contact number for them. The one number I finally managed to get doesn't work, so I'm left unsure whether I should cancel.

The surroundings are beautiful, and the service was good. I'm happy with my stay. You could stay here too if you want.

The worst hotel I've ever seen anywhere in Dubai.
