The front desk staff were really friendly, especially Cameron. There's parking, and the location is good value. If you need to spend a night in Dubai, it's a handy option instead of driving to Abu Dhabi and back in the morning.

The reception team were professional, friendly, and helpful, and their honesty really stood out. The rooms were clean and well looked after, and the house feels safe and family-friendly. Its location works especially well for families, making it comfortable and easy to stay with children. Thanks for the wonderful service. I'd gladly recommend it. ❤️👍🏻

Sandeep was such a kind and helpful person throughout our stay. He was always smiling and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. His positive attitude really stood out, and he's a real asset to the hotel.

On the second floor especially, it was impossible to get proper rest. Noise carried into the room throughout the day and night. This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone hoping for comfort, privacy, or peace.

I was quoted 480 euro when booking, but they took 510 euro. That feels fraudulent. Be careful if you book here.
