Havana Holiday Homes Oud Metha

The security staff are polite and respectful, with a friendly, charming manner that makes the property feel safe at any hour. The rooms at Havana Holiday Homes are consistently clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, and every stay feels comfortable and reliable. Ms. Jessa, Ms. Fritzie, and Ms. Elcyn bring professionalism, dedication, and genuine care to their work. From the first booking contact, they make the process quick and hassle-free, with prompt replies, attention to detail, and help whenever needed. They handle both last-minute requests and long-term arrangements efficiently and warmly. Their support, along with the well-kept rooms, has made Havana Holiday Homes my preferred choice for long-term stays, and I feel confident booking with them again. Thanks, Rajid.

For four nights, my husband and I needed a place with a practical location and enough space. We got a lovely surprise when we woke up to a picturesque Burj view from our room. It was a clean, safe, and simple stay for the price. Jessa and Fritzie were exceptional at check-in, and Elcyn was kind and helpful when we checked out. Nishant from security was warm and helpful every day too. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a generous kitchen area. They were very attentive to what we needed, and the cleaners did their best to help whenever they could. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, safe stop in Dubai. We'll visit again soon, InshAllah.

The room was clean and spacious, and when I asked for extra pillows, they arrived quickly. I was welcomed warmly at the front desk by Ms. Fritzie. All the kabayan front desk staff were polite, professional, and great with customer service. Kudos to Ms. Fritzie, Ms. Jessa, and Ms. Elcyn for the great service. Keep up the wonderful work 💯

I spent three nights here, and the room was unpleasant because of a constant damp, musty smell. There was no proper heating, so even in winter it felt cold and uncomfortable. For what the hotel costs, the poor quality and lack of basic amenities just aren't worth it. One of my most disappointing hotel stays, and I wouldn't recommend it.
