From the apartments you get great views, with greenery and the ocean around, and the homes are spacious. The tower sits right in the heart of Dubai, with the Metro and bus stop beside it. Building and community facilities are maintained to a high standard. Most residents here are Indian, and I'd say it's the best tower in the whole community.

It's good, and there are lots of Indian residents here. One thing that's inconvenient, though: you can't find a trolley at reception.

10/10
The towers have grand lobbies and good amenities. It's a 100 metre walk to Zebeel Park and Max Metro station, with road connections to Shaikh azayed road, burdubai, deira, and al khail road. A good community developed by WASL.

2/10
The interior feels low quality, and there are smell issues. Soundproofing in the walls and ceilings is poor too. Customer service from the building operator Al Wasl has been lacking.

Easy to get anywhere from here, with spacious layouts, a family community and amenities that are just right.
