The staff made a lasting impression, especially Mohammed Saqib. He handled our needs with a genuine smile and real efficiency, and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The room was spacious, modern, and immaculate, with everything we needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable after a long day, and housekeeping kept the room pristine throughout my stay. From arrival through checkout, everything went perfectly.

Breakfast was reasonably good, and Ms. Princess and Mr. Mahantesh were friendly and kind. Check-in went very smoothly, thanks to Mr. Mannan, and Mr. Kier helped us after check-in. Both were highly professional. I had a very comfortable stay at HI Express DXB Airport. Thanks to everyone for the extra effort that made guests feel at home.

Mahantesh was a huge help during our stay at Holiday Inn Express by the Dubai airport. He made sure our needs were met and suggested places to see around Dubai; his recommendations were top notch. The 24-hour airport shuttle was another great convenience. If you’re visiting Dubai for the first time, ask for Mahantesh. We had an amazing stay.

At 1 am I had trouble paying the 10 dirham government tax. I’d missed that information and had no cash, and then my debit card wouldn’t work. One staff member, whose name I’ve forgotten, helped me a lot. He was tall, bald, and had gappy teeth. He also helped put together a quick itinerary for exploring Dubai the next day, when I had limited time. I’m very grateful to him and hope he has many good days ahead. The hotel is inside the airport, but you can’t walk there by yourself, so the options are a taxi or the free shuttle bus (no. 8) from T3. I’d really recommend staying here if you have a layover of under 24 hours and want to see popular city attractions.
