Holiday International Hotel Bur Juman By Sunday

I've stayed at Sunday Hotel Holiday Bur Dubai several times, and Amit at reception has made each visit a great experience. He's professional, kind, and always ready to help with a positive attitude. I appreciate how understanding and flexible he is, even with late check-ins and small requests. He never refuses and does his best to make guests comfortable. Thanks, Amit, for the excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!

Getting around Dubai was easy from Sunday International Hotel, with major attractions and shopping areas close by. In Bur Dubai, it's a comfortable, classy place to stay, and the rooms and ambience felt like a premium, 5-star experience. The air conditioning worked perfectly in Dubai's weather, and the washrooms stood out for being exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout. The hospitality and atmosphere made the whole stay feel luxurious. Highly recommended.

Amit and Samara made check-in quick and organized, with kind, professional service and a great attitude. Yousra handled checkout just as efficiently and was friendly too. Thanks to the front desk team for the excellent hospitality and a wonderful stay.

The only snag was that the wifi stopped working during the last two days, though I think it may be back by now. Otherwise, the stay was great. Breakfast had a good buffet variety, and the location is handy, close to Burjuman Metro and just a one minute walk from Lulu mall for daily essentials. The rooms and washrooms were clean, the service was excellent, and all the staff were polite and ready to help. Special mention to Aarti and Binita, though everyone else was well trained and respectful too. I recommend this place.
