We loved the roof terrace bar and restaurant, with beautiful views and high-quality food in both restaurants. The hotel overlooks the sea, which we liked. Everything was a taxi ride away, but that worked out fine. We never waited for a taxi, and the fares were very reasonable. We’ve just had a really happy 6-day Christmas holiday here. Staff in every department were outstanding. There was some confusion about our booked room when we arrived, but Lilly, the Assistant Manager, sorted it out without any fuss. She and the rest of the staff were charming throughout the visit. I’d definitely return next time I’m in Dubai and recommend it to anyone visiting.

Dinner and breakfast at the eunoia restaurant were both great. Donsoye, Putri, and Manish there were friendly and helpful. Lala at Reception was also great at both check-in and check-out. The staff were welcoming, and I got a lovely upgrade to a balcony room with a sea view.

The breakfast buffet was full of fresh, flavorful choices, and every part of the hotel seemed to have a calm, elegant feel. The furnishings were luxurious, and the views were stunning. It felt like a peaceful haven. My stay at the Hyatt in Dubai was breathtaking. The service was extraordinary, warm, attentive, and caring. I felt grateful, comfortable, and full of joy throughout these magical moments. Life here feels like love itself, and you really do live like a child in love. A great pick for a short escape, with really friendly staff who were happy to help. Half board is the way to go: Eunoia, the hotel restaurant where you’ll have your meals, serves high-quality food and a lovely breakfast. I highly recommend it and will be back.

The staff made the stay, with warm, attentive service and a smooth, professional experience. Breakfast was outstanding, one of the best we’ve had in Dubai, with lots of fresh, well-prepared choices. The croissant was the exception. The location is hard to beat, right in the heart of Jumeirah and close to the beach and key attractions. I wish there were EV charging stations, as that would have been really convenient. They also need to find a solution for the mosquitos 😅.
