The location made getting around easy, and my room was clean and had the basics I needed for a short visit. I found the stay decent for the price, with simple comfort that seems fair for a three-star hotel. Service could have been quicker, though, and the experience as a whole felt acceptable rather than special. A practical, affordable choice if you’re not expecting luxury.

Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented, and the care put into the food really showed. Thanks to Chef Izu and the kitchen team for a meal I’ll remember. Josephine looked after us throughout the evening with warmth, professionalism, and real attentiveness, adding a personal touch that made us feel welcome. I had a wonderful time and hope to return soon.

Josephine made my stay memorable. Even when there were lots of orders to handle, she stayed attentive, friendly, and professional, and made sure guests were looked after. Her positive attitude and genuine care say a lot about the hotel’s service. The property is also well placed for getting to attractions, shopping, and transport. I’d happily recommend it and look forward to coming back.

I spent three months at ibis Hotel and was pleased with the stay. My room was comfortable and well kept, which made a long visit pleasant. The team was kind and professional, especially Ms. Joyti and Mr. Ramy at Reception and Mr. Bahha from Security. They helped whenever I needed assistance and made me feel welcome. I’d gladly recommend the hotel for a comfortable, friendly stay.

A quiet, lovely evening at Bistro Domino. It was clean, peaceful, and had a nice atmosphere, and the food was both tasty and healthy. Chef Asis, Izv treated us to some complimentary food, and Josephine took good care of us. Highly recommended 😊
