There are plenty of shops nearby, and having the metro within reach is a real plus. The apartments are clean and neat, security measures are in place, and the lakeside setting is beautiful. Most residents are Europeans. It is, though, a very expensive place and doesn’t feel lively. People aren’t especially friendly, so anyone hoping for a friendly neighborhood may be hugely disappointed.
I’m grateful for the chance to raise this. We motorcycle drivers deliver essential goods all day to tourists and Emirate residents in this scorching heat, but building staff won’t let us park for even 5 to 10 minutes. We have to leave our bikes on the road, where one of your officers may give us a parking fine that costs more than a day’s wages. We visit many places each day and can’t pay parking fees everywhere. Please solve this problem. Delivery companies here have also cut our charges a lot, so we have to run around to meet targets, and accidents have increased.
Residents have a playground downstairs, a kids room upstairs, a gym with convenient hours, and a rooftop swimming pool. Everything is clean and well maintained. The location is convenient and accessible from several areas, and it feels very safe for kids. It’s a good facility overall, with management that keeps discipline, maintenance, security, cleanliness, and residents’ comfort in hand.
The views by the lake were spectacular, and the spaces are neat and just the right size. It feels nice and homey here. Downstairs there’s In n Out Mart, a supermarket, and Hub 7, a modern restaurant.
A peaceful place to live. The building is well maintained, and Facilities Management is reliable. The elevators are fast and always working. Security and reception staff are competent.
