Kumara Mizan Sonia and Basil and service team Relishiya made our last day MEMORABLE in UAE. Thank you! The hotel was calm and welcoming, and the clean, spacious room was comfortable after a long day. Staff were friendly and quick to help, and the location made nearby attractions and transport easy to reach. I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it for a pleasant, hassle-free visit.

We were very happy with both the food and service at dinner at J5 Hotels Port Saeed, and we’d gladly visit again. The dishes were delicious, nicely prepared, and better than we expected. Staff were attentive and friendly all evening. Mr. Vincent was particularly professional and hospitable, and Ms. Relshiaya gave us kind, excellent assistance. We also appreciated the generous discount. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food had a good range of choices, tasted delicious, and was reasonably priced at J5 Hotel’s Eid Dinner Buffet. Staff were welcoming, attentive, and exceptionally friendly throughout. We had an excellent dining experience and highly recommend it.

The location worked perfectly for us, with access to the metro, malls, restaurants, the airport, and even a mosque. We had a great stay at J5, and the staff were kind, generous, and accommodating. Our room was spacious and clean, with kitchen ware, and they provided everything we needed to cook something for breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff made my four days at J5 Hotel Port Saeed especially enjoyable. Thank you to Koladit, Mezan, Farok, James, and Sonia for being professional, kind, attentive, and consistently willing to help. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and its convenient location made getting around easy. From arrival, the welcoming atmosphere felt like a home away from home. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I’d recommend it to visitors in the area. Thanks again to the team, I look forward to returning.
