I spent 8 days at J5 Rimal Hotel and the staff made the stay memorable from arrival to checkout. The atmosphere was comfortable and the service outstanding. Syed and Yasir gave exceptional support, going above and beyond to make the trip comfortable and stress-free. Yoon and Gayan were also kind and professional, and helped me feel welcome and well looked after. The whole team was cooperative, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Dubai for its caring staff and hospitality. Thank you all!
8/10
The food was tasty and the service was very good. I’d suggest upgrading the menu a little to make the experience even better. At Rimal, the reception team helped make my day special, especially Ms. Yoon and Mr. Binesh during check-in. Ms. Yoon was professional and made sure everything went smoothly and comfortably. I had a wonderful stay, appreciate everyone’s hospitality, and will definitely visit again.

I lived here for a few months several years ago and am always happy to come back. The service is perfect and the place is very clean. I left my Diamond ring, phone, and power bank there, called after 1.5 days, and they had kept everything safe and returned it to me. The best hôtel in Dubai, my number one recommendation! 🙌
10/10
The flavors were delicious and nicely balanced, and the ingredients tasted fresh. I liked the texture too, just right and not overcooked. The dish was presented beautifully, and you can see care went into how it looked. The portion seemed fair for the price. A little more seasoning could bring out the flavor further. I’d rate it 8/10 and recommend it to others who enjoy this type of food.

The location at J5 Rimal Hotel Apartments is convenient for travelers, close to the metro and surrounded by shops and restaurants. My room was spacious, clean, and kept in good condition, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The staff’s hospitality made the stay especially memorable. Mr. ElSayed and Mr Louis from security were consistently polite, attentive, and professional, and their friendly help made me feel safe and welcome. Binesh and Subai in housekeeping kept the room clean and organized every day. At reception, Mr. Sayeed, Lingam, Ahmed, Yoon, and Ade were courteous and efficient at check-in and whenever I needed help. The whole team showed excellent hospitality. I highly recommend the hotel to Dubai visitors and look forward to staying again. ⭐
