Lake Terrace

I stayed in this building for almost 5 years, and the service was really bad, especially on my last day when I moved out. I gave the NOC to reception, but they said they didn’t think it was legal and demanded one from the owner’s email address. They said I should know that as a tenant, but that made no sense to me. I already had the NOC from the owner, and I don’t know who gave them the authority to demand this. Reception held me up for an hour. The service here isn’t good, and the walls are thin enough that you can hear your neighbors talking.

The lake view is amazing, and there are lots of restaurants, a children’s park, and good facilities. It’s also right across from DMCC Metro Station, which is a tram stop too. Security was helpful and gave us the right directions as travelers. My first impression was less positive because visible maintenance and quality issues stood out. We rented an Airbnb for 4 nights. I’d give it 4 out of 5.

The location is good and the building is clean, but I noticed the security was very rude to Labour's while being nice to tenants.

I've lived in DAMAC Lakeview in JLT for 4 years, and I still don’t want to move. The people in the DAMAC lake view community are friendly, and we’ve never had issues with anyone. The location is great too, close to places like Marina, JBR beach, and Downtown Dubai. The building feels safe, with tight security that keeps out anyone who shouldn’t be there. Management is superb and stays on top of requests while keeping the building in great condition. I honestly recommend this tower to my friends. They’ve moved here and have absolutely 0 complaints.
