Landmark Summit Hotel

Our kids could have spent all day at the rooftop pool, and my partner and I liked having a small gym to unwind in. Breakfast had enough variety for everyone, and the staff handled my food carefully after I mentioned my allergies. The kids found things they liked, and nobody rushed us. We’re a family of four, and the room was clean, cozy, comfortable, and roomy enough for the kids. From arrival, the staff were smiling, kind, and quick to help. It wasn’t fancy, but it had what we needed and felt relaxed and welcoming. We’d happily stay again.

I’ve booked here before, but yesterday was a bad experience. I chose the breakfast option, then found out in the morning that it wasn’t served in the hotel buffet restaurant. They just handed out packed food trays, and when I asked reception what was inside, they didn’t know and told me to check for myself. Be honest when people book that buffet breakfast isn’t available, so they can consider other hotels. I won’t book here again.

There was a water leak in the bathroom ceiling, adding to an already uncomfortable stay. Service was poor too: the receptionist and other staff weren’t welcoming or helpful, and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. Breakfast was expensive for what it was, served wrapped in plastic, and there’d been no clear notice that it wasn’t a buffet. The service and facilities didn’t meet expectations. I wouldn’t recommend Landmark Summit Hotel. Honest rating: 0/5.

The washroom needs major renovation, and the pillows and bed were badly stained. The room also smelled awful, maybe because of the AC problem. I called reception three times about the AC and nobody came to fix it. When three friends came for a quick visit, the security guard rudely told them to leave immediately, even though they hadn’t been there an hour. It ruined our stay. Definitely not recommended.
