Hotel Le Paradise Palace

The staff really impressed us. Nur hurried down the four stairs to take our luggage when we were at the entrance, and I found him exceptionally responsible. Islam at the front desk was friendly and polite. On our departure day, another young man came to the room to help with our bags without us asking. We were seniors and wondered if this service was especially for us, but we were delighted by how thoughtful everyone was. The hotel is conveniently located, an easy two-minute walk from the metro, with shops, groceries, and restaurants nearby, many open until midnight. I got almost 50% off the price, making it much cheaper than the nearby IBIS hotel where I usually stay. Our room was clean and had a kettle, coffee, and tea. I noticed a streak of water on the mirror. It didn't bother me, though it could be a small leak. This is good value, and I'd like to return this year.

The night shift reception staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They even asked security to put a guest outside for asking the receptionist's name. I provided my ID properly, yet they tried to charge extra for a room already booked for two people. There was no privacy either: reception, housekeeping, and room service all entered the room without permission. Housekeeping was telling reception how to do its job, and nobody showed respect to guests. Worst hotel experience of my life. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We booked a deluxe triple room but were given a standard room with an extra bed. The manager said it was because I had booked for only two adults, even though that was a mistake because I have a nanny. No one followed up to fix it, so I kept quiet for the rest of the stay. The room was dirty too. My nanny wiped the tables and cabinets to show me how unclean they were. Then we found bedbugs, and all of us had bite marks the next day. The only person who seemed to care about our needs, especially with the kids, was the cleaner, a woman from Nepal. This hotel really isn't suitable for families.

I really liked this hotel and the people working here. Everyone was kind, and Roton was a good boy in housekeeping. There's everything good here, and I recommend people visit. This hotel is excepcional 🥰🥰🥰
