The sewage problems have taken over our weekends, since we have to supervise the repairs. Constant plumbing trouble, construction and noise have made the apartment nearly unlivable. Security and our landlord have been understanding, but with the discomfort, mold concerns and poor ventilation, the recent rent increases make no sense. We’re nearing the end of our lease and now have to find somewhere more suitable. Limestone once seemed charming and conveniently located, but I can’t recommend it after this experience. This apartment has turned out to be a real lemon.

The air feels dry and dirty, there are bathroom leaks, and the children's area smells musty. Construction is happening all around: there’s drilling throughout the building, dust from nearby work, and another skyscraper going up next door. Last year they were demolishing and renovating the ground floor, with no concern for residents with children. Going outside means dealing with the dust and heat, and the drills can be heard everywhere in the buildings. For the high cost of renting or buying, the living conditions are hellish. It feels like pure torment.

The apartments are huge, and the staff are welcoming. There’s a swimming pool, gym and walking area inside the building. Visitors can park inside; otherwise, there’s a huge RTA parking area outside.
