Ramzan from the cleaning staff did an amazing job. He was polite and professional, and kept everything spotless and comfortable. His warm manner really stood out. I had a wonderful 3-day stay at the Marco Polo Hotel. The service and hospitality were top-notch, and I’m happy to give it five stars. Highly recommend!

The hotel felt welcoming, and the service was prompt. Every staff member I dealt with was polite, respectful, and ready to help with a warm smile. Their professional, pleasant approach made my stay comfortable and memorable. I truly loved my stay and would highly recommend the hotel. I look forward to coming back.

The room was clean, the staff were decent and welcoming, and it was good value. The only issue was the club music at night. It made it hard to rest without a noise-cancelling device.

Suraj kept my room spotless, organized, and refreshed just the way I liked it. He was polite, hardworking, and attentive to every detail, and his positive, professional attitude made the stay more comfortable. I was really impressed with the housekeeping. Thanks, Suraj, you’re an asset to Marco Polo Hotel. Highly recommended.

6/10
The staff were excellent across the board, from the front desk and reception to housekeeping and the technician. They were kind and helpful, and their service made the stay more pleasant. I did like the hotel and hope my room preferences are better accommodated next time. I had requested an upper floor but got a lower one, and there was noise from a nearby club throughout the night. My deluxe king room was clean and comfortable, but smaller than I expected, with a compact toilet. The TV wasn’t smart, and the view wasn’t great.
