We felt welcomed and relaxed as soon as we arrived. The staff took good care of everything, and the atmosphere made for a refreshing escape. The rooms are peaceful and the lounges cozy, with a nice balance between simple and fancy. It feels like a quiet retreat where the details are meant to help guests unwind.

At breakfast on day two, the hospitality really stood out. Team leader Chef Mr Hamid and second-in-command Chef Mr Podia were so helpful with my vegetarian food request. Chef Podia made a special dal that was excellent, and both chefs clearly wanted to impress us with the food. A big thanks to them. Ms Rudra was as friendly and pleasing as the day before, and managed things perfectly. On day one, Ms Rudra and Ms Amita did their best to sort out our things. Mr Abhishek and the rest of the F&B and housekeeping team were very good, and their service deserves appreciation. They did seem overworked, though, and while the service was good, the long waits made it slow.

We spent a total of 1.5 months here this year, and the staff made the stay unforgettable. At breakfast, Shoaib and his team would spot us from almost miles away, remember what we'd had to drink the day before, and bring our coffees with a smile and quick, excellent service. The gentleman at reception was incredibly helpful throughout too. I’m sorry I’ve forgotten his name, but it started with A. Marriott hotels and their guests are lucky to have staff like them.

At The Market in Marriott Al Jaddaf, the service was what really stood out. The staff were friendly and attentive, and made us feel welcome the whole time. The setting is warm, modern, and comfortable, suited to a casual meal or a special occasion. There was a great range of dishes, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and full of flavor. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and presented. I’d recommend it for a satisfying meal in a stylish setting, and I look forward to going back.
