Mariam at reception was kind, polite, and helpful, and her warm hospitality made the visit even nicer. Our Executive Queen Suite was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The hotel sits right above Gold Souk Metro Station, which made getting around Dubai easy. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the property was clean, organized, and well maintained. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, with its fresh food and good variety. We’d happily recommend Mercure Hotel and would love to stay again.

Judith and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the price reasonable, and having the metro station right below the hotel was very convenient. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Thanks!

While I was waiting in the lobby for my friend, Alma came over to check whether anyone had helped me. She seemed composed and professional, and I was impressed by how concerned she was. I travel a lot, and this hotel impressed me. It’s a 3* place that felt like a 4* hotel to me. There’s a metro station directly underneath, connecting across Dubai, and it’s very central, with cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, markets, laundry, and gift shops all within walking distance. The rooms are big and spacious, with a four-star feel. The open buffet breakfast was about 50AED and had enough options. I 100% recommend it. It’s the first time I’ve seen a 3* hotel this high end!

Mariam at the front desk made this a smooth experience. I arrived at 5 a.m. for a stay booked for the previous night, only to learn the third-party booking site hadn’t charged my card, so the reservation wasn’t confirmed. They had a room available until my preferred room was ready later in the day, and sent a bellman to help me move. I was settled into my room by 11 a.m. Great service.
