Yoon at reception made check-in easy, answered all my questions, and was polite, professional, and helpful throughout. Her warm smile and friendly manner made the stay better. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and housekeeping does a great job each day. The whole hotel feels welcoming. I’m still staying here and have had an amazing experience so far. The location is great, the service excellent, and the staff cooperative. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality! 🙏

Our stay was comfortable and memorable, with an elegant, relaxing atmosphere and everything beautifully presented. The front office team, Yoon, Neven, Yasin, were honest, friendly, professional, and attentive, and made us feel welcome. We also enjoyed tasty food during a good dine-in experience, with smiling faces around us. The hospitality and service at Senses restaurant were excellent, and all the staff were caring and attentive. Special thanks to Tusaa, Sunita,Angelo,Vineet,Chanpreet,Subhadip,Goldie mae for their genuine care and support throughout our stay. Our team appreciates everyone’s efforts, and we’ll definitely visit again.
