Sharuka, the bellman, made a lasting impression with how caring, polite, and helpful he was. He was always ready to assist with a warm smile, and his service really made a difference. Hasibul at reception was welcoming, kind, and professional too. My wife and I stayed during the recent Gulf Food Exhibition, and the staff were helpful throughout. There was a mix-up with our room at first, but the team handled it professionally and upgraded us, which we appreciated. The hotel has a beautiful view and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We’d consider staying again.

Ms. Galle makes this my favorite place for meetings, work, or just relaxing. Her warm smile, welcoming manner, and excellent service are always appreciated. After staying at Millennium Lakeview Hotel and enjoying the place and its service, I started coming back every day for coffee, juice, and cake. The wonderful morning shift staff always greet me. The crew’s service and the way they treated us were the only good parts. The hotel was very poor for cleanliness, order, and services. The pool area was dirty and the water had impurities. The rooms had very strange smells, like cooking in the corridors, and I saw more than one insect in the room and hallway.

The company Iftar last Saturday had a great atmosphere, with strong engagement and plenty of appreciation from colleagues. Employees enjoyed the event, and satisfaction was high. Special thanks to Ms. Nadine Mounir for helping make it a success, and kudos to the servers and Manager at Bistro Restaurant who assisted us during the gathering.
