The apartment has an amazing gulf view, and I enjoyed living here in general over the two years. The facilities could use a lot of renovation and repair, though. The pool and gym aren't very good, and the AC has a big issue where it sometimes doesn't work properly.

Zero rating. The owner has no interest in dealing with guest problems, and neither do the security guards. In Flat No 203 on the second floor, the room has no keys, and the bathroom door shuts by itself. I asked the owner for help and got no response. They'd already taken the money in advance, and it isn't refundable. This kind of service wasn't acceptable in Dubai.

I've been in the building for over three years. The building itself is good, but the facility management staff now charge 30 aed for each visit to look at a problem in the apartment, then another 30 to fix it. An emergency visit costs 100 aed. It feels like it's all about making money, and the staff's attitude is ridiculous. I'm just waiting for my contract to end so I can move to another building. Many others include this in the yearly maintenance charge.

It's an old building with a really horrible management system. No one cooperates, and they charge you for everything.
