The building looks pretty from the outside, and the pool and gym are good amenities. Inside, though, the apartments are built very poorly. There’s no sound insulation at all. I can hear conversations in the next apartment clearly, along with all the other shenanigans people get up to at home. The ventilation is faulty too, pulling tobacco smoke in from neighboring apartments, and the bathroom water temperature is abysmal. I absolutely would not recommend this place.

My studio had a kitchen, a separate bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the pools. It was fine for one person. Azizi riviera is a nice, quiet area with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, beautysalons, pilates studios, and other spots. The building is new, with a big area around the swimming pools to hang out, plus an outdoor childrens playground, bbq place, pingpong table, and a gym.

The developer should be ashamed. Water leaks keep happening, the fire alarms go off all the time, and you can't park outside the building. Security guards don't care, and all the shops are shutting down.

Azizi Riviera 46 has poor quality units, and the water heater and AC are poor quality too. Azizi Development won't fix them. Security is arrogant and unfriendly to both unit owners and tenants. Even when a unit is flooded and needs urgent maintenance, they hold up the maintenance team until they get approval. If it isn't approved, the apartment is left flooded and unrepaired, and your things can be ruined. Don't buy a resale unit from Azizi Riviera 46, or a unit from Azizi Development. Worst developer.
