Colleb made everything feel easy and welcoming. They were responsive, supportive, and really attentive throughout my stay. Mood 22 Living was comfortable, well cared for, and a genuinely pleasant place to stay. I’d happily recommend it and come back.

I spent two weeks here, and the public spaces were a big part of why the place felt so bleak. The furniture was dirty, and much of it was metal without cushions, concrete benches, or otherwise uncomfortable, impractical seating. With the building’s central void, noise carries through the corridors, so some soft lounge music or carpets might help. The listing calls it a 4-star hotel on Google Maps and Booking.com, but it felt more like renting a studio than staying in a hotel. Reception was barely there, staff were unfriendly and didn’t make eye contact, greet, or smile. There was little information at check-in: nobody told me there was no daily housekeeping or explained the room Wi-Fi, and there wasn’t an easy way to reach reception with questions or requests. The colors and atmosphere were dull and lifeless. To me, it was a boring, depressing studio rental, not a hotel or hotel apartment.

After 20 Nights, we were already wishing we could stay longer. The Japanese style layout is great, and the raised bed opens up more room, so the apartment feels bigger. It was quiet and comfortable, with everything we needed, including a TV, dishwasher, and washing machine. Once you book, you get a WhatsApp message from "Customer Service", though replies can take a while 🤷🤷. A big thank you to Fahim, who was an amazing host and gave us the best service. When you arrive at security to pick up the key, ask for his number and he’ll help with everything. See you again soon, guys ❤️

Mariam took care of everything so well, and the whole stay went smoothly. We extended our booking without any problems. No stress or hassle, I’d definitely stay here again in Dubai. Highly recommended!
